RM399 is managed WhatsApp AI reception for one brand: approved answers, a few collection questions, then handover. Up to 2 people may instruct the assistant on WhatsApp. RM699 includes that reception and adds publishing plus comment or review handling as a per-account trial, with up to 5 WhatsApp command people. Neither plan includes back-office team seats or native booking. Enquiry volume has no fixed cap at present, under fair use. Start with a WhatsApp scope check: +60 11-7238 8954, or [email protected].
We help organise common questions, approved business information and the decisions that stay with your team.

Clear before we start.
We confirm the channels, business information, languages and delivery scope for your order. Each agreed workflow is checked on your account before handover.
WhatsApp instruction allowances are for authorised people giving the bot tasks. They are separate from customer enquiries and are not backend team seats.
Fair use applies to normal business activity. We discuss unusual usage with you; it does not automatically trigger extra charges. Platform restrictions still apply.
WhatsApp Business Platform third-party fees, AI image or video generation, and custom development are quoted separately. We clarify any setup-related fees before you start.
The plans do not include native booking, backend team collaboration, company lead lists or complex CRM and ERP integrations. Additional work needs a separate scope.
Which plan should I start with?
Choose RM399 if your first priority is customer enquiries and a clear human handover. Choose RM699 if you also need a content publishing and comments or reviews workflow. We help check the fit before setup.
What do the 2 or 5 authorised people mean?
They are the people allowed to give the bot agreed instructions through WhatsApp. Customers asking questions do not use these places. The allowance does not include separate backend team accounts.
Can I use my current WhatsApp and social accounts?
We check your account, number, permissions and the actions you need first. A connected account does not automatically support every action or media format. We confirm the workable scope with you.
Is this unlimited usage?
No. Customer enquiries and AI replies have no fixed cap at present, under fair use. On RM699, the same approach applies to publishing through authorised, tested accounts. Platform limits and the agreed service scope still apply.
Will the assistant automatically publish or send follow-ups?
Only the workflows and approval rules you agree to are configured. Drafting, publishing, public replies and private messages are different actions. We confirm each relevant account capability and check the result before handing it over.
How long does setup take?
Timing depends on the business information, accounts, permissions and workflows involved. We confirm the delivery scope and expected timing after reviewing what you need.
