Clear before we start.

  • We confirm the channels, business information, languages and workflows for your order, and check each one on your account before handover.
  • WhatsApp instruction allowances are for authorised people giving the bot tasks. They are separate from customer enquiries and from console logins.
  • Fair use applies to normal business activity. We discuss unusual usage with you first; it does not automatically trigger extra charges. Platform limits still apply.
  • Messaging platform fees, such as the WhatsApp Business Platform or SMS, are billed at cost. AI video generation and custom development are quoted separately. We clarify any fees before you start.
  • Company lead lists and complex CRM or ERP integrations need a separate scope.
Which plan should I start with?

Choose Claw Chat if you want one messaging channel answered well, with a clean handover to your team. Choose Claw Grow if you want every channel, plus publishing, comments and Google reviews. We help check the fit before setup.

Which messaging channels can I connect?

On Claw Chat, choose one of WhatsApp (your existing number by QR, or the official WhatsApp Business Platform), Telegram or WeCom. Claw Grow includes all of them, plus Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger and TikTok DMs, which come through the social accounts you connect. LINE, Zalo, SMS and other apps can be connected on request. WeChat works as the owner’s personal assistant, not as a customer channel.

What do the 2 or 5 authorised people mean?

They are the people allowed to give the bot agreed instructions through WhatsApp. Customers asking questions do not use these places, and they are separate from console logins.

Can I manage more than one brand?

Yes. Each extra brand is RM29 a month and gets its own brand identity and connected social accounts in the same workspace. Your first brand is included.

Can I use my current WhatsApp and social accounts?

We check your account, number, permissions and the actions you need first. A connected account does not automatically support every action or media format. We confirm the workable scope with you.

Is this unlimited usage?

Customer enquiries and AI replies have no fixed cap at present, under fair use, and neither do posts on Claw Grow. Platform limits still apply.

Will the assistant automatically publish or send follow-ups?

Only the workflows and approval rules you agree to are configured. Drafting, publishing, public replies and private messages are different actions. We confirm each account’s capability and check the result before handing it over.

How long does setup take?

Timing depends on the business information, accounts, permissions and workflows involved. We confirm the delivery scope and expected timing after reviewing what you need.
