How do I know my API keys and passwords are safe?
I take this extremely seriously. Before you enter any API key or sensitive login, I will explicitly ask you to pause the screen share so I cannot see it. I never store your passwords-they stay encrypted on your own machine/server.
What's the difference between the free scope call, Phase 1, and Phase 2?
Free scope call confirms whether the workflow is suitable. Phase 1 is a done-for-you AI assistant for enquiries, FAQ, lead collection, qualification, follow-up and handover. Phase 2 adds content, images, broadcast copy, and social posting workflows. Final scope is confirmed on WhatsApp before work starts.
What if the bot suddenly stops working after a week?
Managed Phase 1 and Phase 2 clients get support during the subscription. If the issue is caused by extra API tools, third-party platforms, hosting, or new custom work, we will confirm the cost before changing anything.
Why not just use a cheap chatbot or freelancer?
A cheap chatbot usually replies from a generic script. We build the workflow around your actual business: intake questions, lead fields, allowed answers, handover rules, testing, and ongoing support.
I'm not technical at all. Can I still use it?
Absolutely. Your team can use it from WhatsApp or the connected channels. We handle the setup, testing, and workflow rules.
Can you adjust the workflow after launch?

Will you have access to my passwords?
No. Sensitive information like API keys and account passwords are entered by you privately. We do not ask you to send secrets over chat.

Is "no success, no pay" for real?
Yes. Full refund if installation can't be completed for technical reasons. Delivery is only considered complete after successful installation and testing.
