3. Google API Usage

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on DigitalOcean. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.

- Anthropic / OpenRouter — AI model providers
- DigitalOcean — Cloud infrastructure
- WhatsApp Business API — Messaging
- Google Analytics — Optional website usage analytics, loaded only after you consent
- Meta Pixel — Optional advertising measurement, loaded only after you consent
- TikTok Pixel — Optional advertising measurement, loaded only after you consent
- TikTok Events API — Optional server-side advertising measurement paired with TikTok Pixel, used only after you consent
6. Website Analytics and Cookies
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and TikTok Events API are not loaded or used until you choose “Allow analytics” in our analytics preferences. If you consent, these tools may set cookies and collect website usage events such as page views, outbound or WhatsApp enquiry clicks, and related conversion events. Server-side TikTok Events API sends the same consented events from our site so measurement still works when the browser Pixel is blocked. We use this information to understand website performance, lead journeys, and advertising results.
You may decline analytics without affecting access to the website. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Analytics preferences” button shown on the website. Withdrawing consent disables further analytics and advertising measurement from this site and removes Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel cookies that are accessible from our domain.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
