By using InstallMyClaw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
InstallMyClaw provides AI assistant deployment and management services, including setup, hosting, and customization of AI-powered chatbots for businesses.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
3. Subscription and Payment
- Standard managed subscriptions are month-to-month unless a different term is stated in the confirmed written quote.
- Standard managed plans have no setup fee. Custom migration, integrations, hosting, and other separately scoped work may have additional charges stated in the confirmed written quote.
- Where quarterly prepayment is offered, the confirmed subscription price includes a 10% prepayment discount. The applicable billing-country price book, currency, tax, and third-party costs are stated before payment.
- Founding and other promotional credits are limited, eligibility-based offers. A credit applies only when the confirmed written quote identifies the managed list price, credit amount, resulting paid price, and offer duration. For a recurring Founding offer, the written quote also states whether the credit applies to each billing period and which price applies after the offer term. Displaying an offer on the website does not reserve a cohort place.
- Payment is requested only after you approve the final written quote.
- Once onboarding or service for a paid billing period has started, that period is not refundable except where a different written term applies. Any additional refund conditions are confirmed before payment together with the scope, acceptance checks, and delivery conditions.
4. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (cloud providers, AI model providers, messaging platforms).
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your data by following our User Data Deletion Instructions.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content are the exclusive property of InstallMyClaw. You retain ownership of data you input into the Service.
7. Cancellation and Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. You may request cancellation at any time by contacting us. For a standard month-to-month subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period when requested before the next billing date; any different written term controls. At the confirmed end date, included support and adjustments stop and we revoke any InstallMyClaw support access. Customer-approved hosting and third-party services continue only where separately agreed account-ownership and provider terms allow. Any later transition support or changes require a separate quote.
8. Limitation of Liability
InstallMyClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
