Use AI for your brand.Start with what customers already ask.
AI is useful for a brand when it speaks from facts you have approved, asks a few practical questions, and leaves quotes, timing and exceptions with a person. This tutorial is that workflow, not a general chatbot lesson.
Using AI for your brand means giving an assistant a small, approved set of business facts, a short list of questions it may ask, and a handover rule. It is not asking a public chatbot to invent replies in your shop’s name.

- 01

Collect the questions your brand already hears.
Look at WhatsApp, Instagram and phone notes from the last few weeks. Write ten questions in the customer’s words, with one approved answer beside each. Start with one service, not the whole catalogue.
- 02

Separate brand facts from things that change.
Hours, service area and what you offer can stay in the assistant. Quotes, stock, appointment slots and exceptions change during the day. Mark those as “team confirms” so the assistant does not treat them as certain.
- 03

Decide what the assistant may say about your brand.
Write a short voice: polite, specific, no invented discounts. Name the topics it must not answer: refunds, complaints, medical or legal claims, and anything missing from the approved information.
- 04

Ask only for details that help the next person.
For a cleaning enquiry, area and number of units may be enough. Ask one or two questions at a time. Do not collect identity documents, payment details or extra fields just because a form has space.
- 05

Hand over with context, not a new conversation.
When a person should continue, the assistant acknowledges the request, explains that the team will check, and passes what was asked, what was already answered, and what is still open. The customer should not have to repeat themselves.
- 06

Start on WhatsApp with one workflow.
Connect the number you already use with customers, after the account and connection method have been checked. Run ordinary questions, incomplete messages and “I want to speak to someone” before going live. Add content drafts only when reception is stable, on the RM699 plan.

What “AI for your brand” actually is.
Public AI tools can draft text. They do not know your hours, your service area or which questions your team is allowed to answer. A brand assistant needs a source of truth you control, and a person who still owns quotes and exceptions.
On WhatsApp in Malaysia, customers already write as they would to a person. The useful first job is the first reply: familiar questions, a few collection fields, and a clean handover. Broadcasts, native booking and a personal agent on a laptop are different products.
- Answer from approved brand information, not from a guess.
- Collect the facts your staff always ask before they can help.
- Hand over when the information is missing, a person is requested, or a decision is involved.
Prepare a brand brief, not a folder dump.
A PDF of every brochure is slower to use than ten common questions with owners. Give each important fact someone who updates it when the offer changes, so an old price does not quietly return.
If you also want social posts or review replies later, keep the same facts. A draft for Facebook should not invent a weekend discount the WhatsApp assistant is not allowed to mention.
Where a person stays in control.
Industry guides in 2026 make the same point: automation fails when there is no escalation rule. “I’ll ask the team to confirm” is more useful than a confident guess. Do not promise a reply time unless your team can keep it.
InstallMyClaw sets this up with you for one brand. AI Reception is RM399 a month. Reception plus content operations is RM699 a month. WhatsApp platform fees and custom work are separate. Native booking is not included.

|---|---|---|---|
| Source of answers | The model’s general knowledge | Scripts you maintain | Facts you approve |
| Sounds like your brand | Only if you prompt every time | If you keep rewriting it | Agreed voice and limits |
| Quotes and timing | Often invented | Often presented as booked | Your team confirms |
| Handover | You copy the chat yourself | Often a loop or a form | Summary for the next person |

- Everyday questions from information you have approved
- A short set of collection questions

- English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia, as agreed
- Content drafts for review, on the RM699 plan
Your team still decides
- Quotes, available times and final arrangements
- Complaints, refunds and exceptions
- Native appointment booking
- Anything the approved brand information does not cover
How do I use AI for my brand without it inventing answers?
Give it a short approved fact list and a handover rule. If the answer is not in that list, the assistant should say a person will continue. Do not ask a public chatbot to speak as your shop without those limits.
What should I prepare before setup?
One enquiry type, ten common questions in the customer’s words, an approved answer beside each, and a note of what the team must confirm. Remove personal data from sample chats before sharing them.
Can the assistant write posts in my brand voice?
On the RM699 plan it can draft from the same approved facts, for a named reviewer. Publishing still needs a person to check the wording, the account and the actual result. Reception should be stable first.
Will it book appointments or send follow-up blasts?
No. These plans collect the request and prepare a handover. Native booking and automatic outbound campaigns are outside RM399 and RM699. Proactive messages need a separate, confirmed workflow.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You help us understand how the brand already answers customers. We configure the assistant, check the agreed scenarios with you, and support the workflow after it is in use.
How much does this cost in Malaysia?
AI Reception is RM399 a month for one brand. Reception plus content operations is RM699 a month. WhatsApp platform fees and custom development are quoted separately. We confirm the scope before you start.
What would you liketo repeat less?
Tell us what customers keep asking, or where your team gets stuck. Let’s find one useful place to start.
