WhatsApp Business is Meta’s free business app. You set a profile, saved replies and labels, and a person still sends the message. InstallMyClaw is a managed AI reception service: it uses information you approve, asks a few useful questions, and hands the conversation to your team when a quote, time or exception is involved. It is not a replacement for the app, and it is not automatic booking.
What the WhatsApp Business app already does.
The green WhatsApp Business app is the right starting point for many small teams. You can show opening hours, use quick replies, label chats and keep a simple catalogue. There is no monthly fee from us for using that app.
The limit is attention. Quick replies still need a person to pick them. An away message is not a conversation. When two customers write at once, the unread list grows until someone is free.

What managed AI reception adds.
InstallMyClaw sits on the business WhatsApp you already use, after we check the account and the actions you need. The assistant answers familiar questions from approved information, asks for the details your staff always need, and prepares a handover.
Your team still confirms quotes, available times and anything the information does not cover. Public plans are RM399 a month for reception, or RM699 if you also need a content workflow.
The Business app is not the same as WhatsApp Business Platform.
The free app and official WhatsApp Business Platform access are different products. Platform access can support a connected assistant, and it also has number checks, template rules and third-party fees.
QR-linked tools can look simpler. They also carry a different risk for the number customers already know. We confirm a workable connection method with you before configuring replies. We do not treat “connected” as proof that every follow-up format works.
When to stay on the app alone.
Stay on WhatsApp Business by itself if you answer most chats the same day, the questions are few, and you do not want a monthly reception service. Add InstallMyClaw when the first reply is the work you keep repeating.
Native appointment booking, backend team logins and complex CRM connections are outside both public plans. The Business app does not include those as a managed service either.

Do I need to stop using the WhatsApp Business app?
No. Most owners already use it for profile, hours and labels. InstallMyClaw is extra reception on the number we confirm with you, not a new chat app for your customers to download.
Is WhatsApp Business free, and is InstallMyClaw?
The WhatsApp Business app is free. InstallMyClaw AI Reception is RM399 per month; reception plus content operations is RM699 per month. WhatsApp platform fees for official access are separate on the service path.
Is this the same as WhatsApp Business API?
No. The free Business app and WhatsApp Business Platform access are different. We check your number and the actions you need, then confirm a suitable connection before setup. A connected account does not automatically support every message format.
Can I keep my current WhatsApp number?
Often yes, but not automatically. We first check the account, number and required actions. QR-linked shortcuts are not treated as the same as a confirmed connection.
Will the assistant book appointments for me?
No. It can collect the request and the details your team needs. Your team confirms availability and the quote. Native booking is not included in RM399 or RM699.
Can the free app already auto-reply?
It can send an away message or a quick reply you tap. That is not the same as asking follow-up questions from approved business information and preparing a handover. If that away message is enough, stay on the app.
