InstallMyClaw respects your right to request deletion of personal data associated with our services, including data received through Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
1. How to Request Data Deletion

2. Information to Include
To help us locate and verify your data, include the following where applicable:
- Your full name
- Email address or phone number used with InstallMyClaw
- Your Facebook, Instagram, or business Page name connected to the request
- A short description of the data or service account you want deleted
3. Verification
For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your identity or confirm ownership of the account, business Page, or contact information connected to the deletion request.
4. What We Delete
After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer needed to provide the service, including:
- Contact and account information
- Service records linked to your request
- Meta platform data received through Facebook or Instagram integrations, where stored by InstallMyClaw
- Access tokens or integration credentials controlled by InstallMyClaw, where applicable
5. Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If additional time is required because of technical, legal, or security reasons, we will notify you.
6. Data We May Retain
Some records may be retained where required for legal, billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. Retained records will be limited to what is necessary.
