What InstallMyClaw is for.
InstallMyClaw configures customer reception for one business WhatsApp. We agree on the answers, the questions to ask, and when a person should take over, then support that workflow.
Quotes, timing and exceptions stay with your team. Public plans are RM399 or RM699 a month, plus WhatsApp platform fees. Backend team logins, native booking and campaign blasting are outside those plans. Customer enquiries use fair use, not a published reply cap.
- Setup and support are the service, not a platform console you have to staff.
- Unsure answers go to a person. The assistant does not close quotes on its own.
- One Malaysian brand per plan. Extra brands are a separate discussion.
Both bill in RM and help with setup. The SKU is still different.
ForwardChat’s own comparison pages put it next to WATI and respond.io as software. InstallMyClaw is not trying to win that feature grid. We do not sell dashboard seats, broadcast quotas or image-recognition packs.
If you opened ForwardChat because the first WhatsApp reply keeps repeating, compare a platform with a reception service. If you wanted a shared inbox, campaign tools or a scored “best chatbot” table, stay on a platform that writes those tables.

Do you have more AI replies than ForwardChat?
We do not publish a reply cap. Normal business use is fair use; unusual volume is discussed first. That is not the same as a platform allowance you can compare line by line.
Will it book appointments for me?
No. RM399 and RM699 collect the request and prepare a handover. Your team confirms availability. Native booking is not included.
Who is this not for?
