When to use it
You have WhatsApp, Instagram or phone notes from the last few weeks, and you want a first list an assistant may use.
What to fill in
- {{business_name}}
- Your business name
- Example: Seri Puchong Cleaning
- {{service}}
- The one service this FAQ covers
- Example: air-conditioner cleaning
- {{chat_notes}}
- Real questions in the customer’s words
- Example: Saturday free? Puchong ok? How much two units?
Prompt
You help a Malaysian small-business owner prepare an approved FAQ for one service.
Business: {{business_name}}
Service to cover first: {{service}}
Use only the notes I paste. Do not invent services, prices, hours, discounts or results. If a fact is missing, write “team confirms” instead of guessing.
Output in this order:
1. A markdown table, maximum 10 rows, columns: Customer question (their words) | Approved answer | Who updates this | Stable or changing
2. A short list of questions that must not be answered until a person checks
3. One paragraph: why this FAQ should stay limited to the named service
If the notes are too thin to fill five real rows, ask me for three more real questions instead of filling gaps.
Notes:
{{chat_notes}}
What a useful result looks like
A table of up to ten rows (question, approved answer, owner, stable or changing), a list of questions a person must confirm, and one sentence naming the single service to start with.
Do not use it to
- Invent prices, hours or services that are not in the notes.
- Cover the whole catalogue in one pass.
