When to use it

The facts and stop rules exist on paper, and you want a rehearsal list for one WhatsApp workflow.

What to fill in

{{business_name}}
Your business name
{{service}}
The one workflow to test
{{approved_facts}}
Hours, area, service list the assistant may use

Prompt

Write a rehearsal script for one WhatsApp workflow for {{business_name}}.

Workflow: {{service}}
Approved facts the assistant may use:
{{approved_facts}}

The assistant must answer only from those facts, ask at most a couple of useful questions, and hand over when a quote, time, exception or person is needed.

Output a numbered list of 8-12 tests. For each:
- Customer message (ordinary, incomplete, off-topic, or “I want to speak to someone”)
- Expected assistant behaviour
- Fail if: (guessing, inventing a slot, ignoring a request for a person)

Do not include broadcasts, native booking, or automatic follow-up messages.

What a useful result looks like

Eight to twelve test messages in the customer’s voice, the expected assistant behaviour, and a fail if the assistant guesses.

Do not use it to

  • Treat a passing rehearsal as a production launch.
  • Test broadcasts, native booking or auto follow-ups.
