什么时候用
交接已经在发生，但备注乱或不全。
需要填入

提示词
把 {{business_name}} 的 WhatsApp 对话转给人时，内部备注只写成这个形状：

规则：
- 只用对话和已核准资料里的词
- 写 “not stated”，不要猜
- 永远不要写 booked、reserved、paid、approved 或 diagnosed
- 面向客户的最后一句只做确认，并说 “the team will check”
