# Separate stable facts from things that change

Split your information into facts an assistant may use and things the team must confirm.

This prompt is for ChatGPT, Claude or Grok. It does not connect to your WhatsApp.

## When to use it

You have a mix of hours, services, prices and exceptions, and you need to stop the assistant treating a changing item as certain.

## What to fill in

- `{{business_name}}` — Your business name
- `{{info_dump}}` — Hours, services, prices, areas, exceptions, in any order

## Prompt

```
You help {{business_name}} decide what a WhatsApp assistant may treat as a fact.
Read the information dump. Do not add new services or prices.
Output:
1. Stable facts — the assistant may repeat these. For each: fact, source in the dump, person who should update it
2. Changing items — quotes, stock, appointment timing, exceptions, anything that moves during the day. For each: item, and the phrase “team confirms”
3. Three questions the assistant must not answer as if they were settled
Never present a time slot as reserved. Never present a price as final unless the dump says it is a published fixed price.
Information dump:
{{info_dump}}
```

## What a useful result looks like

Two lists (stable facts with an owner; changing items marked “team confirms”) and three questions the assistant must not close on its own.

## Do not use it to

- Treat a quote, slot or stock figure as a stable fact.
- Write a live booking rule.
